I’m not a fanatic on the subject, but I know enough to know what I should and shouldn’t be doing.

I collect boring information like your IP address, from which I can glean thrilling little tidbits of information like the broad geographic area from which you are accessing this site. I also get some information on what web browser you use.

I will look at this sort of information sometimes. Mostly in aggregate – to get numbers of visitors from certain regions, that sort of thing.

I’ll probably install some sort of analysis tool I can run over the logs.

I’m not interested in outsourcing that to any external entity.

I probably will add some ads at some stage. They’ll probably track the hell out of you. Sorry about that.

Whatever low-interest sort of information I collect, I’ll never use to invade your privacy, I won’t use it to turn up at your house asking for cookies, and I definitely won’t sell it to anyone.
